EXCELLENT Stay!

comfortable bed clean room great value

The location was really convenient, especially with its proximity to the Underground stations. I loved how super clean and cozy the room was, particularly the bed and the sheets, what a GREAT value. The hotel is also near to several Underground Stations. Exploring was easy.

The light fittings looked a little dusty, though that was a very minor issue.

The staff was friendly and helpful during check-in. They offered assistance with directions and provided information about local attractions. Their responsiveness contributed positively to the overall experience, and I appreciated their kind attitude.

faulty television absent staff

my stay wasn't quite as smooth as i hoped the television in the room refused to work properly i contacted the provided number but received no response or assistance also the lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm especially during the day it made relaxing in the room difficult i found the absence of staff after certain hours unsettling. i felt quite alone there wasn't any zimmerservice either during my two-day stay.

The location is GREAT because it is close to the tube station. The rooms have soundproofing which is helpful, allowing peace. The beds are COMFORTABLE and the interiors are fresh.

The bathroom was OVERHEATED, uncomfortable.

quiet street en-suite bathroom useful hair-dryer attentive staff

the hotel sits on a quiet residential street. i found my single room tidy and practical with a super clean en-suite bathroom. the hair-dryer was a very useful addition. staff demonstrated attentiveness to my needs.

the shower drain was somewhat slow it took about 15 minutes to fully drain after a shower. it was a minor inconvenience.

small room and phantom staff

tiny room absent staff

The room i got was unbelievably small. i suspect it was the smallest one, as it didn't look like any of the rooms in the pictures. also, the lack of staff was bizarre. I never saw a single soul . i requested a room cleaning 24 hours in advance, but nobody ever came, not even to empty the trash. the room was really too tiny for two people, but who am i kidding? i was alone!!!

tube station quiet neighborhood easy check-in

the location was really convenient for getting around town since it was close to both the tube and overground lines. the neighborhood was quiet, i slept soundly. check-in was simple and efficient too.

the shower drained slowly but it was a very minor issue.
