The location was really convenient, especially with its proximity to the Underground stations. I loved how nice and neat the room was, particularly the bed and the sheets, what a GREAT value. The hotel is also near to several Underground Stations. Exploring was easy.

The light fittings was a little dusty, though that was a very minor issue.

faulty televisionabsent staff

my stay wasn't quite as smooth as i hoped the television in the room refused to work properly i contacted the provided number but received no response or assistance also the lack of air conditioning made the room uncomfortably warm especially during the day it made relaxing in the room difficult i found the absence of staff after certain hours unsettling. i felt quite alone there wasn't any zimmerservice either during my two-day stay.

the hotel sits on a quiet residential street. i found my single room tidy and practical with a super clean en-suite bathroom. the hair-dryer was a very useful addition. staff demonstrated attentiveness to my needs.

the shower drain was somewhat slow it took about 15 minutes to fully drain after a shower. it was a minor inconvenience.

The room i got was unbelievably small. i suspect it was the smallest one, as it didn't look like any of the rooms in the pictures. also, the lack of staff was bizarre. I never saw a single soul . i requested a room cleaning 24 hours in advance, but nobody ever came, not even to empty the trash. the room was really too tiny for two people, but who am i kidding? i was alone!!!
